Robert Brents is a member of the National
Speakers Association and the American Society
for Training and Development. He has 3 decades
of experience in developing, managing and
delivering projects and programs for
businesses, educational institutions and
associations in the US, Canada, and Europe.
All of his training is rooted in product
experience including his work as an IT
Manager. Some notable projects he has worked
on include business process automation
reengineering, online transaction process
automation, a financial internet for a major
university, and a business to business portal
for a cellular phone company. In additional to
these projects he has worked with companies
such as AOL, Bank of America, and Merrill Lynch.
